Precision Elastomeric Components

We produce a wide range of custom designed elastomeric products for all industries. Due to the demanding applications most products are designed with the aid of non-linear Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation.

We are able to offer a full range of materials including exotic material such as Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), for demanding applications. With our vast experience of rubber bonding, we have the ability to chemically bond most elastomers to metal or plastic. Metals such as stainless steel, aluminium, magnesium, titanium, and steel are commonly used.

Our flexible and open-minded approach allows us to undertake projects for which many companies would be unable to offer a solution. The ability to respond quickly also sees our resources being used for rapid prototyping on high volume OEM production projects.

Our own manufacturing facility is better suited for low volume production runs, however, we do have manufacturing partners to support higher volume demand.
